Return Policy

* Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives broken or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing glamdkour@gmail.com

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once verified, we will replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost.

* General Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

* Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, custom-made products, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.

* Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

* Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are available for eligible items. Contact our team to process an exchange.
